As Relocation professionals, we specialize in the acquisition of land and relocation of people by both public and private organizations. We accept the challenge of any relocation to minimize the upheaval for transferees while managing the process in a timely, cost-effective manner. We ensure that people whose real property is acquired, or who move as a result of projects receiving Federal funds, will be treated fairly and equitably and will receive assistance in moving from the property they occupy.
We are experienced in real estate, right-of-way and land acquisition, overall project management, individual parcel appraisal, grant administration, negotiation, relocation assistance, title and escrow, property management, condemnation procedures, and coordination of demolition services. Second HomeArizona, LLC™ has been involved with over 80 projects with approximately 358 Partial and total Acquisitions and 365 Partial and total Relocations. These projects include businesses, residential owners and/or tenants, non- profit organizations and farms. Specialized Relocation Projects include two mobile home parks (no litigations) and two apartment complexes. ALL ACQUISTIONS AND RELOCATIONS WERE CONDUCTED UTILIZING UNIFORM RELOCATION AND REAL PROPERTY ACQUISTION REGULATIONS AS SET FORTH IN 49CFR, PART 24
